How do I place an order?

We are open 24 hours a day for you. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review it and verify that your order is correct and make a note of your order number. If any changes are required, please call our Customer Service Dept. at XXXXNNNNN. Pricing Errors

Please note than an order acknowledgement received via email is not an acceptance and does not create a contract; we reserve the right to inspect all orders for accuracy prior to fulfilment. Probiking reserves to the right to cancel your order if a pricing error has been made.

You sent me the wrong item!

Please call us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.

Can I pick up my purchase?

As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities.

In order to provide our customers with the very best prices, all probiking.com.au products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility.

You can contact your carrier directly and quote the tracking number (if available) to receive more detailed information about the delivery process.

The courier's contact number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
