Return Policy

Our policy last 14 days from the date you receive your product that you have purchased from probiking.com.au only. We aim high to satisfy our customers and ensure they receive a best possible quality product. However we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as it is. To complete your return we will need an original purchase receipt and/or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.

For faulty product, we will replace it with an identical product from our list of product (subject to availability of the product in stock). In case if you have used the product and returning it and demanding a refund, than no exchange of product and return of value will be provided.

Only to return a faulty product: To return a faulty product that you have purchased from probiking.com.au, please call our support centre or simply follow the steps below and ensure you have provided enough information so we can assist you to get back on your mode:


  • Full name of the Customer
  • Address of the customer
  • Purchase order number (you can find this on your bill of purchase)
  • Include original bill when returning the product so that we can verify the purchase
  • The reason – why are you returning the product and note/suggestion/instructions on how you would like to resolve the product return related matter
  • Your contact number (mobile or landline and preferred time to call (if any))

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). The probiking.com.au reserves the rights to make its own decision on case by case basis.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

On our website www.probiking.com.au we often come up with sales to promote products to our already exist large customer. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
